We have now been running the Educational Discount Program for a while. It was always thought that the program would change over time and evolve in order to best suit schools, the market and the industry.

So version 2 of the program has now increased the discount from 8 to 10%. The discount is now automatic upon purchase. It is no longer dependant upon early payment. However due to the current climate and payment issues with many schools we are no longer granting 30 day credit terms automatically to all applicants. Schools will be dealt with on a case by case basis and references may be required in order to attain credit terms. All current EDP members with credit terms will retain them so long as they pay within the terms granted.

Certain items with low profit margins are still exempt from the EDP discount as before.
